Who we are

This website is operated by Dr Heerajnarain Bulluck (“we”, “us”, “our”),Consultant Interventional Cardiologist. We are registered with the Irish Medical Council (IMC registration: 549721).

We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What data we collect

When you use this website or contact us, we may collect:

• Enquiry details — the reason for your enquiry and any message you send us

We do not collect any special category (sensitive) health data through this website.

The Heart Health Check-in. The check-in asks you about your age, ethnicity, family history, blood pressure, diabetes and weight status, and lifestyle. Those answers are health data. They never leave your device: they are held only in your browser's memory, scored on your own device, and are not sent to us, to any server, or to any third party. They are not written to cookies, local storage, or the page address, and they are discarded as soon as you close or reload the page. Because we never receive your answers, we do not store, share, or retain them.

How we use your data

We use the data you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange appointments
• Communicate with you about your care
• Improve our website and services

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent (when you submit the contact form) and our legitimate interest in running an effective medical practice.
